DIGITAL ECONOMY PROJECTS IN PPP FORMAT: COLONIAL COMPANY, REPAYMENT OR CONCESSION?
On July 2, 2020, an open webinar by Infralex Partner Maxim Chernigovsky was held, organized jointly with the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
The event was attended by professional lawyers, students, and graduates of the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
In the course of the webinar, Maxim Chernigovsky paid attention to the history of public-private partnerships in Russia and around the world, revealed the peculiarities of PPP projects in the field of the digital economy, and shared his practical experience in implementing such projects.
The lecture by Infralex Partner aroused genuine interest among the participants. As a result, Maxim Chernigovsky spent about an hour answering questions on the webinar topic.
Maksym Chernigovskyi is one of the recognized experts in PPP. He is responsible for dozens of projects in the transport industry, development and urbanism, digital economy, and education.
