Prior to joining Infralex,Dmitry Rozhkov headed the regulatory risk support department at the world's leading coal mining company, previously headed the antitrust regulation and intellectual property department at the largest Russian aluminum company, and before that also worked at a leading Russian law firm. 

Dmitry has more than 20 years of experience in advising and representing clients on a wide range of competition law, trade regulation, advertising, commercial law and industry regulation. Dmitry specializes in representing clients during antitrust raids conducted in companies by government authorities, including the FAS of Russia; development, clearance with the FAS of Russia and implementation of antitrust policies and compliance programs in companies; obtaining clearance by the Governmental Committee and the FAS of Russia for complex and significant for a certain market of economic concentration transactions; defending the interests of clients in cartel investigations, cases of abuse of dominance practices and unfair competition.
