A workshop of INFRALEX Bankruptcy practice titled «Liability of controllers in bankruptcy proceedings» was held at HSE Faculty of Law on September 28, 2019.
Head of INFRALEX Bankruptcy practice, lawyer, Stanislav Petrov and lawyer, Sergey Khukhorev held the workshop «Liability of controllers in bankruptcy proceedings» within the master's program «Corporate lawyer» in HSE.
During the masterclass INFRALEX lawyers considered the core aspects of legal regulation of bankruptcy procedure, shared their experience of practical implementation of bankruptcy rules of proceeding on the example of specific cases, and held a business game to analyze a real case.
More than 50 students and graduates of the master's program «Corporate lawyer» of the faculty of law of HSE have attended a workshop of INFRALEX lawyers. Practicing lawyers also attended the event.
The masterclass is part of INFRALEX's strategy of evolving of legal services in the field of Restructuring/Insolvency.
