International asset search. Workshop from Infralex Bankruptcy Practice

Head of Bankruptcy Practice, attorney Stanislav Petrov and attorney Sergey Khukhorev taught a master class on “International Asset Search” for listeners of Moscow State Law Academy named after O.E. Kutafina.

During the performance, our experts spoke about how to form an asset search team, shared statistics on the withdrawal of assets from Russia to the United States and talked on a number of precedential bankruptcy cases.
