The meeting of a round table was devoted to the most current problems which are in the sphere of mutual crossing civil procedural and law of criminal procedure including questions of conciliatory procedures, jurisdiction definition problems, protection of digital assets by criminal cases production and other questions.

Karina Tamayeva made the report "Trends of development of judicial practice in the field of permission of civil suits in criminal proceedings" during which she carried out the detailed analysis of recent explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and also told about problems of permission of the delictual requirements at joint infliction of harm by defendants arising in practice.
