Having examined the evidence presented in the framework of the criminal case on the alleged theft of 370 million rubles. during the decoration of three Yak-40 aircraft of the special flight detachment (SLO) "Russia," serving the first persons of the country, the Meshchansky District Court revealed violations during the collection of evidence and returned the case to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

This issue was raised by the defense during the court hearing, as a result of which the court concluded that the conclusion of the commercial examination was carried out by an improper person who was not in a labor relationship with an expert institution, so the court found that the evidence obtained in violation of the requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure was inadmissible.
