ATTORNEYS OF BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE OF INFRALEX HELD A WEBINAR FOR EMPLOYEES OF SBERBANK

On September 15, 2020, the head of bankruptcy practice, Infralex, lawyer Stanislav Petrov and lawyer Sergey Khukhorev, as part of a cooperation program with Sberbank PJSC, held a training webinar for representatives of 15 territorial banks.

The topic of the webinar is devoted to the liability of persons controlling the debtor in bankruptcy. Fralex's lawyers spoke about the nuances of bringing management, participants and beneficiaries of companies to subsidiary, tort and public-legal responsibility.

Lawyers paid special attention to the current trends in judicial practice in the field of subsidiary liability and the analysis of current statistics, and also formulated a number of practical recommendations for protecting controlling persons from liability in bankruptcy.

The webinar was attended by more than 100 employees of the territorial banks of Sberbank PJSC.
