Senior lawyer of the INFRALEX Antitrust practice, Victor Fadeyev, commented to the journalist of "Delovoy Petersburg" on test case of Petersburg's office of FAS of Russia about cartel conspiracy in the market of baby food.

Among those involved in the cartel collusion, the agency sees the administration of Kolpincki district and the legal bureau "Avanguard".

Victor Fadeev notes the increase in the number of cartel cases in 2016-2018, and also emphasizes that the antitrust agency has developed a monitoring system that detects signs of collusion at the bidding: "The system is constantly modernized, as evidenced by the annual increase in the identified cases of anticompetitive agreements."
