Situation

Infralex represented interests of the owner of the multifunctional shopping and entertainment center in the Moscow region, in challenging the ownership of the center's equipment as part of an indivisible thing.

Actions taken

Result

The case was won in the trial court. The court's decision on the dispute can establish precedent for other similar disputes, as previously there was no practice in Russia to challenge the ownership of part of an indivisible thing.
