The Russian company which is a part of large international telecommunication holding ask Infralex for consultation concerning application of the Russian tax law about taxation of the digital services rendered to the client from foreign to suppliers.

Actions taken

Lawyers of Infralex analyzed the business operations of the client and prepared recommendations on the application by the client of Russian tax legislation on taxation of digital services provided to the client from foreign suppliers.
